Our extra virgin olive oil olives are always harvested directly from the tree at the best time of ripeness, from which we cold press in a few hours the so precious natural juice, keeping unchanged all its qualities and freshness so that after a careful and rigorous selection you can enjoy the intense aromas and flavors. It can thus be found fruity flavors of green apples and tomatoes, accented with touches of often bitter almond, so characteristic and distinctive of our recognized oil, made of the Corniblanca, Picual, Manzanilla, Arbequina and some other minor local varietiesThus we can present the results of the effort of more than 6.000 members gathered around 9 mills (almazaras), equiped with the most modern technology to ensure the best quality and control in each step of the production, from harvesting to storing and bottling of our golden liquid
