Ningbo Berda Control Cable was founded in 1995,builded up based onCixi Juxing Tightwire Factory,located in Shenshan Industry Zone of Cixi City atsouth of the Hanzhou Gulf Bridge.It is about 120 kilometersto Hanzhou Airport,about 60 kilometers to Ningbo Airport,about 70 ilometersto Beilun Harbor.The transportation is convenient.Our company specializes in manufacturing all kinds of control cables and spark plugs for automobiles,motorcycles,boats,bicycles,body-building facilities.Now there are over 100 staff,more than 20 administrators and experts in our company,the factory covers an area of about 10,000 square meters and the building area is about 15,000 square meters.There are three subsidiary companies,that is,Yixiu Automotive Parts Co.,Ltd(mainly for heavy vehicles),Chongqing Automotive Parts Co.,Ltd specially for Changan Automobile Group),and Ningbo Sanhe Automotive Parts Co.,Ltd.The annual production is about 3,600,000pcs spark plugs and 12,000,000sets control cables.From foundation,Berda has emphasized on quality control,technology innovation.We have obtained ISO9001 certificate in 2005.We invested RMB10 million for inspection and experimentation equipment in 2006,and set up inspection laboratory,at present we aim for passing TS16949 certification.
