Company Introduction
Zhejiang ZY Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. established in July 2004, consisting of some of the enterprises and former ZY Transportation underling shipbuilding factory, is the largest shipbuilding factory in Zhejiang province. ZY have been build vessels in Whenzhou, Yongjia, Yueqing, including the first biggest 5 000DWT bulk cargo and the first 12 000DWT TUE containers convertible ship in Wenzhou. Now, ZY have been building up the biggest tanker in Xiangshan. ZY located in Hepu shipbuilding industrial zone, faces the fishing harbor--Shipu Harbor where is an ideal place for building the ship due to the superiority position and convenient traffic, it is very near Ningbo. ZY covers an area of 100, 000 sq meters including 15, 000 sq meters of build area, and covers coastline over 500 meters. Factory has one office block, numerical control computer room, armor plate pretreatment workshop, metal process workshop, dynamo room and storage, etc. The company has four slipways for 10, 000DWT vessel, two slipways for 20, 000DWT vessel and one slipway for 50, 000DWT vessel. All slipways are equipped with gantry crane and flat workaround, as well as some other modern equipment. ZY has 900 workers and over 100 engineers, including over 50 engineers are high title of technical post. It has advanced testing equipment and provides high quality services, has approval ISO9001: 2000 certification as well as CCS and GL. Now, we have capability to build all kinds of vessel and have capability to build big steel structure component, big piping and cold-rolled project. We can build all kinds of the most modern and top advanced vessel according to ship&＃39;s classification organization and shipbuilding criterions. We will gradually enhance our capability in scientific and technological research, become a very large shipbuilding enterprise in China with good structure, standard operation, complete functions, and good international competitiveness.
