Ningbo Lianda Plastic Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer for electro fusion, butt fusion PE pipe fittings, PE-steel adapter, PE ball valves,etc.The company mainly do the gas market in China, so the molds and fittings size are under gas standards of EN1555-3,EN155-4,with long spigot end can for both electro fusion and butt fusion welding to the pipes/fittings. And to guarantee the quality, only use import compound HDPE material(usually black color) from UAE,European,UK,such as TUB121,HE3490LS/HE3490IM for PE100 and TUB171,ME3440,MD20BK for PE80.So the fittings also meet/excess the water standards of EN12201-3,EN12201-4.PE80 usually be used for gas market with low pressure,but PE100 is more and more popular, especially for exporting business used for both gas and water supply.The company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, and the building area is more than 10,000 square meters. Now the company owns a staff of 170.The production department includes injection workshop, mould workshop, machining workshop, assembly workshop, packing department and testing department and owns more than 15 plastics mould processing lines from 600gram to 1,000,000 gram in injection workshop. Now we can produce Dn20mm to Dn630mm by injection and some special type&size by fabricated.The company has got "Pressure Pipe Element Production License" and the "Sanitation License" issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine of the People&＃39;s Republic of China and become a member unit of China Chemical Anti-corrosion Technology Association. The fittings have passed the tests of National Test Center of Polymer and Chemical Building Material, with all performance indexes reaching EN1555-3 and EN12201-3 standards. The products have also passed ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System certification and the test held by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Peoples Republic of China.
