It is including five subsidiary enterprises with independent legal person, Ningbo Chaoyang Textile Co., Ltd. ; Yongkang Vast Textile Co., Ltd; Ningbo Yinzhou Chaoyang Tarpaulin Factory; Fenghua South Textile Factory; Ningbo Mingda Dyeing Co., Ltd, with main manufactures of yarn, polyester sewing thread, varied cotton dyed yarn, rayon embroidery thread, metallic embroidery thread, polyester filacord overedge thread, spunlace, tarpaulin,etc. The company covers an area of over 160, 000 square meters and the staff team reaches 2, 600. The company owns such spinning machines with 148, 000 spindles as 16 settings Germany SCHLAFHORST AC338, 22 settings Switzerland RIETER D35c drawing frame, and about 200 settings looms, 5 settings equipments of wax coating, plastic-coating, dyeing.
