Ningbo Tengtou Precision Casting Co., Ltd (Shorter form: NBTT) is the branch company of Fenghua Tengtou Groups which fame is for Global 500 in Ecology. Our factory is set up in 2001, located in the beautiful seaside city-Ningbo. It covers an area of 12,000 square meters. And there are more than 250 employees in the company, including 32 research and development engineers and professional technicians. Since company built up, we keep the Management ideas on People-Oriented, paying more attention to the practical management and playing the big role in teamwork, which is oriented towards the Conglomerates with enterprise standardization, product serration, management modernization. We have adopted the quality systems of ISO 9001 and 2000. Besides, we also push Environmental Impact Assessment System of ISO 14000. And, we have already got the self determination right of import & export.We use Wax Lost Process for products, equipping with the best Physical and Chemical Testing, as well as laboratory equipments. Our annual capacity for bucket teeth is more than 5,000 tons, and other precision casting parts is more than 2,500 tons. The capacity is increasing fast year by year. Recent years, we make the plan to fit global marketing system. Our bucket teeth have covered different tough mining areas in the home market, and sell well in many countries and areas, including European market, Southeast market, ect.
