North China Heavy Machinery Design Co., Ltd. ( hereafter referred to as NHM ) was established on April, 2004 which is specialized in designing and manufacturing aluminium and its alloy?????equipment, and has collected with so many domestic equipment design and manufacture experts in field of aluminium machining process technology. At present, there are 287 staffs in which including 65 engineering technicians, 186 workersNHM was created by design and manufacture experts in term of aluminium special machining equipment technology. It has stronger capacity in aspects of equipment?????designing and machining, manufacturing, assembly, installation and commissioning. Its principle is to provide first level equipment for domestic and abroad aluminium and its alloy machining enterprises.NHM has occupied 25,000 square meters area, and 13,000 square meters building area, in which equipment assembly yard take up 3000 square meters, and assembly platform 1300 square meters. The Max, lifting weight of the overhead crane is 100tons in workshop, and Max inspecting platform 2??? square meters, it has more than 23 sets of various big type manufacturing lathe equipment, and more than 50 sets of middle and small types machining lathe equipment. Its machining capacity is annually 2400tons, and can manufacture 36 sets of stands annually. In manufacturing field, apart from the rough part forged need procuring from outside, the most of other spare parts machining and assembly such as rolling mill stand, screw up cylinder, rolls bearing box, gear box, expansive and shrinking mandrel of coiler and un-coiler etc are all completed independently in the NHM, which can effectively guarantee the equipment quality and delivery period of design and manufacturingIn order to guarantee providing excellent quality and equipment product and service is main policy of NHM. The NHM has passed and qualified for GB/T19001-2000 idt ISO9001:2000 quality management system standard.
