O&L Consultancy Services Pte Ltd is a marketing consultancy firm that assists companies in their expansion overseas, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region and Germany. We are located in Singapore, China, Indonesia, Germany, Australia, Dubai (associates), Malaysia (associates) and Thailand (associates). In each country, we have consultants who are based locally and have vast experience of between 10-25 years experience in consultancy. Most of our consultants have worked in MNCs before and being locals in the countries we are based in, we are in a better position to advise you on local differences in regulations, cultural or business practices in overseas markets. Our clients come from a variety of industries but mainly from Fashion, F&B, Retail, Fitness and Health industries. From market research, sourcing for overseas partners to setting up of an overseas presence (like flagship stores, franchisees, distribution networks), we serve to be a comprehensive one-stop shop for our clients.
