randed-3 Fisheries is a new start-up that will be specializing in a Rainbow Trout product that is currently simply not available in commercial quanties. It is extremely high quality (equal to or exceeding wild in color, taste and texture) Kamloops Rainbow Trout, eviscerated head-on and selected for 10.5 to 12 ounce size after processing. Our facility will be unique in several aspects: HACCP approved; organic (eg: no North Sea feed components, medications, drugs or hormones); weekly production of approximately 60, 000 lbs. available in containerized or full semi-load shipments. The production will occur under absolute bio-security (just short of Bio-Level 3 parameters) throughout the growth cycle, and thus certified totally disease free.We are currently inviting expressions of interest in receiving our product when it becomes available in late 2010 or early 2011.
