I am a consultant based in India and have several clients who are engaged in import and export of various commodities. Recently, I have received a number of enquiries regarding supply of D2 (diesel) & M100 of Russian origin for buyers in India and China. One prospective buyer requires 500,000 MT per month of D2 as well as a spot deal for 5 million tons. Another buyer from Hong Kong requires 200,000 MT per month of D2 CIF Djibouti. They are holding an l.c. from the Somalian Government. L.C. will be confirmed by Commerzbank,Germany.
