Padana Group is renowned for its Motorcycle Garments including Suits, Jackets and Gloves all over the world. It is currently celebrating its 29th Anniversary, established in 1982. The third generation family owned business which is the outcome of good decisions by Chairman Ghulam Fareed Padana to enter in the manufacturing and export of leather products around 41 years ago.Ch.Muhammad Bashir Padana is the pioneer of this prestigious organization. He started his career from very humble beginning as a trainee in 1969 some entrepreneur. Subsequently by virtue of his intelligence oh hard work, he made an astonishing progress in getting expertise in the field of designing, pattern making, stitching and other related fields. After 13 years he emerged as a master of specific skills in leather product including gloves & garments manufacturing. Besides, he also acquired comprehensive knowledge of leather Company of leather tannery, which plays a vital role in producing quality leather products.His younger brother Ch.Abdul Rasheed Padana got inspiration from his dynamic brother and he also vowed to utilize his potential in the field of exports. Beginning his career as a worker in 1973 he steadily exploited his potential and after 9 years training he joined his illustrious brother and raised the banner of the Padana high in the realm of Pakistan Business community. Now Padana is solid enough to face the emerging the challenges in the arena of the export world. Both the brothers after acquiring the training launched their own venture combined with skill and confidence in the field of leather gloves and garments manufacturing under the name of Padana Gloves Specialist Co, Sialkot in 1982.The two brothers together learned from their experience how to improve the quality and maintain the standard to cater the fast emerging trends in fashion and leather garments. That is the secret of their tremendous success. Both the brother has a firm belief in the maintenance of quality, adherence to commitment and timely delivery of product. In fact they have given well celebrated slogan to their team No Compromise on Quality. Keeping in view the significances of the quality, they restored to have ISO 9002 Certification. Even for early in 1998, they won the World quality Award from Spain.Another stepping stone was laid down by Padana in 1994 when they introduced a new fabric called Cordura for the first time in Pakistan with the help of Korean experts. Using the world class fabric from DuPont, they started producing textile garments at a new factory established in Lahore under the name PADANA GARMENTS (PVT) LTD.Now the third generation has entered in the field of international trade bringing together the established business, family values, experience and skills coupled with pertinent business, education knowledge and expertise.
