In the year 1986, seventeen largest pharmaceutical manufacturers along with N.I.I.O (an organization on more than 400 affiliate manufacturers) joined together to establish Pharmieco (abbreviated of Iran Pharmaceutical Industries Export Company). In order to facilitate and promote the export of Iranian pharmaceutical products. The share holders produce almost 700 different forms of pharmaceutical products in different varieties ( AMP , TAB , SYRUP , CAP , VIALS , EFF.TAB , SUPP , SUSP , OINT , TOPCREAMS , INF PRNTRL , IRRIG.SOL , INHALER , PWD>SUSP , REP cap . ) and doses acc. to INT’L G.M.P and G.L.P which well stand more than 80% of total medicament products .Pharmieco are benefiting the particular observations and support of Iranian ministries of health , external affairs , commerce , industries and the export promotion center of Iran .
