Freeze-dried meal from the great Italian cooking tradition. Risottos (with safron, mushrooms, tomato, vegetables, beef or chicken and tomato or green peas, shrimps), side dishes (Sicilian CapOnata= spicy vegetable salad), omelettes (with artichokes, asparagus, onions, herbs), meat main courses (beef with mushrooms, artichokes. chicken "Pizzaiola" with tomato and potatoes), desserts (crepes) and fruits (Italian macedOnia= fruit salad), hot chocolate drinks. All recipes are complete, they need only water to be ready and can last for 2 years without any specific precaution (e.g. no refrigeration needed.
