We are an Icelandic based company working in cooperation with otherAquacultre Farms and secondary production companies, smoke housesetc.Our main product is Arctic Char (Salvelinus alpinus) fresh frozenor smoked.The Trout is slaughtered on demand to guarantee best possiblefreshnessProcessed and packaged in own processing plant located on site.Fresh HOG or fillets are delivery to customers 36-48 hrs fromharvesting.We also smoked fillets of both Salmon and Arctic Char forretail.All our products meet or exceed the standards in the industry.
