Prime Technology started business as a consulting and engineering firm in temperature measurement and control area. Later on we continuously extended our business area to services of other test and measurement equipments, and manufacturing of thermocouples and RTDs. Under the slogan, "Prime Quality is Our Business", Prime Technology has been providing the best products and services to its customers. We know R&D is vital to keep the position of quality and technology leader in the field. Our newly developed products Thermocouple instrumented wafer is one of the examples showing our emphasis in R&d.We began to develop Thermocouple instrumented wafer & LCD glass in 1997 in order to meet our customer&＃39;s wishes, and completed developing it in the middle of 1998, since then Korean Semiconductor makers could have enjoyed fast delivery, lower price and better services of TC wafer & glass TC.The quality and reliability of our products and services were especially recognized by one of our major customers. In 1995, we contracted with Samsung Electronics to run its Measurement and Control Laboratory. Under the contract, we mange and operate the Samsung&＃39;s facility at its Kiheung fab. Prime&＃39;s employees cover from inventory control and component purchasing to certification and documentation as well as repair and calibration of thermocouples, and other electric/electronic measurement tool. The contract is renewed annually, and we are continuously serving Samsung until today.For profile and spike thermocouples, we have long experience in manufacturing and providing repair and calibration services for various custom and standard models. Especially, thermocouples for TEL and Kokusai 8" vertical furnaces. Prime Technology is the leading supplier to Samsung, Hyundai, and LG.
