PT Lautan Warna Sari was established 1985 in Bandung, West Java Indonesia. The main activities at that time, importing and stokist of various Textile Dyestuff, such Disperse, Reactive, Cationic, Vat and some of Acid Dyestuff. Since the beginning PT Lautan Warna Sari is appointed as sole agent in Indonesia from Dr. Th. Bohme, Germany, for Textile Auxiliaries. We are growing rapidly, our branch office in Jakarta is established in May 1991. Soon there after in October 1991, we established our first subsidiary PT Lautan Warna Sari Putra in Solo, Central Java. Middle of 1997 started manufacturing of Modified Starch for Textile Sizing and same time established second sister company PT Saisindo Pratama Mulya as whole sales for Textile Sizing. With the modified starch from Textile sizing we had the market share more than 60% , because we are the single producer in Indonesia and all of competitor only importer from abroad. Starting 1999 we have expand our activities in the Gypsum Industries and Paper Industries with our Modified Starch. Up to now one market share in Gypsum Industries more than 50% . Beginnign year 2006, established production of chemical for Textile, Gypsum, Paper, Fertilizer and Building Material, with the support of German technology and comined Korean technology. MR. Soegiri Karjo, founder, owner and managing director of PT Lautan Warna Sari has philosophy of banana trees, "before the mother tree deliver its ripe fruits and dyeing, the new shoots are already promise an abundant harvest soon thereafter.
