Our main production equipment are two 20MT and 50MT ultrahigh power electric furnaces, one 30MT LF fining furnace, one 30MT VD fining furnace, four 1-10MT electroslag furnaces, three 5MT electro-hydraulic hammers, one 8MN,one 16MN,one 20MT and one 45MN fast forging machines. Our testing equipment mainly includes large direct reading spectrographs from Switzerland and flaw detectors. Process: EAF+LF+VOD+Forged+Heat Treatment(optional)We mainly manufacture more than 300 kinds of forging products, such as alloy structural steel, alloy tool steel, carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel, bearing steel, roller steel, non-corrosive steel, refractory steel, spring steel and hardenability structural steel with dia. of 80-1200mm.
