Qingdao DNL Machinery Co.,Ltd. is a professional OE manufacturer and exporter for the Automobile Parts,Engineering Machinery Parts and Special Vehicle Parts,especially the chassis parts and mining machinery parts. We established in 2003,is a subsidiary company of Benor Group which locates in Qingdao.The Benor group lines of business cover foundry,machining plant,technology company,logistic company and packaging industry.Our head office and the final test and storage center locate in Qingdao P.R.of China,nearby the Qingdao international Airport,and lying in 30 Km from Qingdao Harbor.So we enjoy very convenient air and sea transportation.Our manufacturing center locates nearby Jinan which is the capital of Shandong province,about 200Km away from head office.Our main product series include automobile drivetrain parts,steering parts,brake parts,engine parts,wheel hub,railway parts and mining machinery parts etc.And the main material have Ductile iron,Gray iron,Carbon steel and Alloy steel.We have more than 300 sets of professional equipments in foundry.The main facilities have Automatic Molding Lines from Japan,Orbicular Semi-Auto Molding Lines,Pattern Processing Lines,Sand Mixing Lines,Core Making Lines,Electric Furnaces,Heat Treatment Lines,Grinding Lines,Post Treatment Lines and so on.In machining plant,we have hundreds of digital control machines including CNC machines,NC lathes,NC milling machines,drilling and tapping machines etc.We insist on ��uality-Oriented��In order to guarantee quality,we obey the ISO9001:2001 and TS16949:2002 quality systems,equiping with the Spectrometer,Coordinating Measuring Machine(CMM),Metallographical Scope,Crack Detectors,Hardness Tester,Fatigue Testing Machine,Static Torsion Tester,Tensile Strength Tester,Bend Tester,Press Tester,Balancing Machine,Chemical Lab and so on.
