Qingdao HILEADERS is based in the North Western port of Qingdao, China. Established over 15 years ago we specialise in the manufacture of ribbon, lace, wood and straw weave products. Their Annual turn over exceeds $10 million and they currently employ 532 shift work staff. As well as Europe their products are exported to Japan, Korea, USA and South America. Qingdao Hileaders runs its own internal quality control system of checklists and timed samples. As well as the manufacture staff being responsible for quality the factory also has a specialist quality control department for cross checking.Qingdao Hileaders is a modern facility with good ventilation, lighting and safety equipment and only employs people over the age of 21 (Older than China?s stated legislation of 18 years)The staff are housed in property owned by the factory, and are subject to two full months training on machinery and procedures before their full time work commences. The staff work on a rotation of 3x 8 hour shifts per day with optional overtime. We are an equal opportunities factory and also provides the staff with medical support and health checks. The staff are also encouraged to air their opinions/suggestions at monthly staff meetings.
