Founded by Qingdao Counter Factory and Hengsther Gmbh Germany in 1993, later it merged with Qingdao No.1 Instrument Factory. Both of the two Chinese factories were key enterprises of the former China Machinery and Electronics Industry Ministry.QHAI is a professional company of automatic instruments of hi-tech integrated with scientific research, production, sales and service.
