PUJIE GROUP Co.,Ltd,was established in 1998. Qingdao Pujie Trading Co., Ltd. is the International Trading Department of PUJIE GROUP CO.,Ltd. , Our department?Qingdao Pujie Trading Co., Ltd. It was founded in 2011, we are mainly responsible for foreign market including Europe, Mideast,South Africa, East Asia, North America, South America , and so on.PUJIE GROUP CO.,Ltd., consists of two manufacturing mills, with over 200,000 square meters and 2000 high quality staff. We specialize in precision casting parts at the beginning. The casting methods include sanding casting and lost wax casting parts at first. We mainly focused on domestic market before 2004 . After that, we developed silica sol casting, and then we moved to the foreign market. A mass of metal products are made in our company, like brake discs, brake drums, auto parts, marine parts, trailer parts, excavator parts, and some stainless steel casting parts, like door handle, etc. The production technology has reached to the world?s advanced level. The advanced machinery and equipment have been put into use for our high-performance metal parts, like Read-head Optical Emission Spectrometer( From Japan), Medium frequency induction melting furnace ,CNC machine center, Brinell hardness tester, Dewaxing autoclave, Wax-injection machine, and so on.With the constant expansion of the market, PUJIE started to develop new production lines about low pressure casting and gravity casting for car alloy wheels in 2005. There are about 1000 models made in our company at present. All kinds of alloy wheels used in BMW, BENZ, AUDI, VW, VOLVO, LAND ROVER, NISSAN,TOYOTA, KIA, and so on. Our daily production reaches to 8000 pcs. All our products have passed TUV, VIA, E-MARK, DOT, TWL,TSI16949, ISO 9001, and so on.
