Established in May 2006, Qingdao Yijia Helming Aquatics Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the export of fish and fishery products. It is located on Jiaozhou Bay, which is famous for its abundant seafood resources and picturesque scenery. Bordering upon the expressway leading to Qingdao International Container Terminal to the north and the expressway to Qingdao International Airport to the east, the company is 25 km to the Terminal and 25 km to the Airport. The convenient transport system provides the company with very advantageous conditions. The processing factory of the company covers an area of 37,000 ㎡, with its building area being 15,000 ㎡. There are 2 independent processing workshops with central air-conditioning, covering an area of 1,600 ㎡, including two packaging rooms of 360 ㎡. The storage capacity of the freezer rooms is up to 3,000 tons. The workshops are equipped with double-belt IQF machines, double spiral freezers, plate freezers, ice-making machines, shallow and deep skinning machines, filleting machines, vacuum packaging machines, metal detectors and other advanced food processing facilities. The processing capacity of the factory amounts to over 20,000 tons per year. The factory has a Quality Inspection Center with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure product quality and an Effluent Disposal Center with a capacity of 800 tons per day to protect the environment. Covering 4,000 ㎡, the independent dormitory and the canteen, which can hold 800 people, are equipped with shower and heating facilities. Since its establishment, the company has passed the registration of CIQ and Korea, the certification of HACCP and the EU, putting its operation under scientific and efficient management and ensuring the quality of its products.
