Qingdao Zhengyu Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture Co., Ltd is a scientific and technological enterprise which professional develop and produce plastic molds, stamping die, die casting molds, plastic products and automotive components. We are located in the beautiful coastal city of Jiaozhou Qingdao. Less than 40 minutes from the Qingdao Airport and Qingdao Seaport, so traffic is convenient. “Technology of production, international of quality, diversification of production” is our purpose forever . Our plant area is over 3000 square meters. We have a professional development team which is skilled of UG, Proe, CAD and other 3D design software to make the CAD/CAM/CAE of molds. We have large CNC machining centers, CNC high speed engraving machine, EDM spark molding machine, Line cutting machine etc to produce molds. We have 6 sets of 80-400 T Injection molding machines to provide molding testing and injection. We have Ultrasonic welding machine, assembly line to do plastic welding, silk screen printing and products assembly. Our molds including of plastic molds, stamping molds, die-casting molds, rubber molds, foam plastic molds. Products are mainly lamps, internal and external accessories for car or motorcycle, such as: lights handles, bumpers, and other plastic components. Household articles and daily articles, such as plastic parts of fridge or air-conditioner, plastic basket, plastic case, dustbin, various plastic mats to be used for garage, swimming pool, lawn and so on, and rubber tiles. And also we can produce all kind of plastic molds and injection products according to client’s demand, that is good if you can provide drawing or samples of product. Our products are mainly exported to USA, Australia, Germany, South Korea and Middle East countries.
