Qinhuangdao AnYe metal Industry Co.,Ltd.,foundedin 1996 and covering an area of 10,000 square meters, is located inthe beautiful coastal city of Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, China.There are 400 employees, in which 20 engineers and 30 QCpeople.We have three lost wax castingfoundries and two CNC machining workshops. The first investmentcasting foundry uses silica sol process to mainly produce stainlesssteel investment casting and aluminum investment castings; thesecond one uses sodium silicate process to mainly produce carbonsteel and alloy steel investment castings; the third one is used tomake vacuum investment castings through vacuumfurnace.There are hundreds of CNC machiningequipments in our two CNC machining workshops. Besides investmentcastings, we can also provide finished parts after machiningaccording to clientâs requirements. Besides investment castings, we alsohave aluminum casting foundries which can do the aluminum permanentmold castings and aluminum die castings. The reason is that A356.2aluminum alloy ingot is our main products and its annual output is12,000 tons. Those aluminum alloy ingot is mainly suppliedtoCiTiCDicastal Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd, which is the largestdomestic automobile aluminum hubmanufacturer.Our main products are the following:auto parts( auto pipe fittings, shift fork and so on), valve andpump parts, pipe fittings, clamps, turbine wheel and impeller, andso on. They are widely used in mining, metallurgy, shipbuilding,machinery, automobile manufacturing, aerospace, petroleum andchemical industry etc.Our company has been through ISO9001:2000 quality management system, ISO14001: 2004 environmentalmanagement system certification and TS16949 certification.
