Qtif agricultural enterprise is basically an integrated farm that deals with production of crop and livestock, using by-products or waste from the livestock section has manure in crop production making it an organic farming. likewise, crops produce such as maize and soybean are used in feed formulation for the poultry section of the enterprise. The enterprise also carry out research on some alternative feed materials for poultry feed formulation such as castor seed, jatropha seed e.t.c., in other to reduce current hike in price of poultry feeds in the country as a result of competition between man and poultry for conventional feed stuff.
