Company Introduction
Rivertree International recycles scrap tires using the Special Catalysts Pyrolysis Technology (heating the organic substances into a reduced-oxygen environment). The by-products from the tires are: Fuel Oil 40-45%, Carbon Black 30-35%, Steel Wires 10-15%, and Hydrocarbon Gas 5-8%.Rivertree low temperature (280 to 420 degree celcius) heating chamber overcomes issues such as explosion, over-heating, emission of carbon monoxide and no emission of poisonous gases. With this ZERO emission technology, the plant can be build anywhere and easily conform to any local environmental regulation.Secondly, our machine uses low pressure thus it is able to shorten the disintegration process, and with the use of the catalysts, the entire pyrolysis process is faster, the quality of the fuel oil can be easily monitored and controlled, and lastly, the content of sulphur is very low. Clearly, Rivertree International Special Catalysts Pyrolysis machine has no negative impact on the environment and it is definitely proven to be commercially viable
