Established in Dec 2009, Rizhao Seven Star Auto Parts Co., Ltd specializes in auto parts design, R&D, production and marketing. We have a registered capital of RMB 40 million. Our factory covers an area of 73,333 square meters. We currently have plants and supporting facilities 50,000 square meters, RMB 120 million in fixed assets. Our products mainly include Steering Knuckles, Hinge Shafts, Drop Spindles, the train forgings and so on. Our company perennial cooperation with dozens of well-known domestic automobile enterprises to provide supporting products and exported to the United States, France, Italy, New Zealand, Turkey and other countries.We now have over 300 employees, including over 40 professional engineers. Our factory is equipped with Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, Fiction Presses, Electric Screw Presses and other advanced equipments totaling 380 sets, 12 production Steering Knuckle production lines, 4 forging lines and 2 automatical heat treatment lines. We have an annual production capacity of 1 million pieces of Steering Knuckles and the Train Forgings.We have CMM, Magnaflux Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Metalloscope, Ultrasonic Flaw Detector, Carbon-Sulfur Analyzer, and other key testing equipment totaling over 20 sets.
