    Rockford Roller rollers are idealy suited for a number of applications. Aluminum Materials construction consist of 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. Steel material construction consists of 1018 steel or 304 stainless tubing. Aluminum information: dynamincally balance to ISO 1940-1973 G2.5, Maximum TIR: .003, Maximum Taper per foot is .0005, Bearings bore diameters machined to +/- .00025, Outisde diameter finished to 20RMS. Available sizes: 2", 3", 3.5", 4", 4.5", 5", 5.5", 6", 8", and 10". Shafts and bearing sizes are engineered to suit each individual application. Available options: Hardcoat anodizing, Plasma coating, Rubber coatings, and Air Relief grooves. Steel information: Dynamically balanced to ISO 1940-1973 G6.3, Maximum TIR .003, Maximum Taper per foot .0005, Bearing bore or live shaft machined to +/- .000025, Outside diameter finished to 20RMS. Available sizes: 2", 3", 3.5", 4", 5", 6", 8", 10", and 12". Shaft and bearing sizes are engineered to meet the requirements of each individual application. Available options: Hard Chrome plating, Rubber coating, Air Relief grooves, Electroless Nickel plating, and Plasma Coating. Rockford Roller also offers Fiberlite Rollers. Fiberlite Rollers are designed for light tension across broad spectrum of web speeds, adn are idealy suited for wide web, high-speed converting. Material consists of carbon fiber in an epoxy matrix. Available sizes: 3", 4", 5", 6", and 8", with a length up to 148". Shaft and bearing sizes are engineered to sut each individual application. Available options: Rubber Coating, Custom tolerancing, Spreading designs, Plasma coating, Ultra-high bending modulus, and Air Relief grooves.
