ROOFTEC ECUADOR S.A. constituted in 1994, was acquired in December of 2004 by a group of companies led by ACERIAS OF COLOMBIA S.A. "ACESCO", Colombian company founded on February of 1970 and concentrated in the business of flat and alloy steel. In Ecuador Rooftec has consolidated its absolute leadership in volume and quality, thanks to its constant product innovation and continuous improvement in service, marking an important landmark in the industry of steel panels through its history: -In 1994 is born our industrial line (Masters) and the economic line (Supertecho). -In 2004 the company is acquired by Acerias de Colombia, ACESCO and changes its name to Rooftec Ecuador S.A., with these being fortified and arranged to confront the futures decisions in the modern construction.
