With an installed capacity of more than 30, 000 MT per annum of CRMB and Bitumen Emulsions , the entire manufacturing facility is automated with PLC based control systems. A sophisticated software enables the entire operations reducing chances of human error and capturing a continuous record of all batch data required for quality assurance. Quality control and formulations are key ingredients to providing superior bitumen products. SAPCO Bitumen Co. Ltd has established a modern quality control laboratory next to the production facilities. A sophisticated PMB manufacturing facility is also under installation.
