Shandong new Ankai Drive &Technology Inc. was founded in August,1998and has kept a sustaining and steady development in the past seven years. Till now it has been developed into a specialized enterprise integrated with product design and development, magal melting, aluminum alloy pressure-casting and machining.Our equipment. The company has advanced numeral control processing & checkout equipments and has introduced Japanese Yubu horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine 15 sets, ranging from 250ton to 1250 ton, the digital control machining center produced by a joint-venture of Japan and Taiwan 25 sets, numeral control lathe 15 sets, Italian three-dimensional measuring machine, English Arun direct reading spectrograph and many other machining equipments totaled more than 260 sets. We also have 6 sets reflecting smelter with annual production capacity of 25000 tons aluminum alloy ingots. Recently, the weight of our products is from 0.40 kg to 12.00 kg.Our administration. We always strictly implement 5S-administration and SPC-statistical process control. On the basis of paying attention to administration, the company strengthens the input of product research and development, improves the technological content of our products.Our certification. We passed ISO9001:2000 SCS CERTIFICATION in June, 2004. We will pass TS16949 CERTIFICATION at the end of this year.
