Shanghai Guotai elevator Co., Ltd. is a professional vertical transportation equipment manufacturer. Mr. Xu, the founder of the company, studied mechanical engineering in Germany during the 1980s. After completing his master's degree in ME, Mr. Xu created Shanghai Guotai in the 1995 under the Chinese government's reform and opening up policy.The company's current factory is located in Qinpu district, Shanghai. It occupies more than 12, 000 square meters and has some of the latest of cutting-edge technology including; --A digital-control assembly line --A set of German electrostatic spraying line --NC laser cutter --Multi-station NC punch press --NC bender--A 50-meter testing tower All products are GB7588-2002 Standard, (A Chinese Industrial Standard) which is equivalent to EN81 in Europe. The company's annual productivity for elevators/vertical transportation equipment is more than 4500. Due to overseas demand we are currently setting up a joint-venture factory in Vietnam, which will occupy more than 10 hectares.
