Meanwhile, dried products will be more safe by employ the GMP compliance material in Macro-E's vacuum belt dryer. - Thin-film Drying system: An amazing technology designed for drying material containing heat sensitive ingredients with relatively lower drying cost. Not only the functional ingredients like vitamins in the material can be retained completely, while the color, the taste and other sensory characteristics of the dried products have be improved greatly. Macro-E provided the industrial automation (process integration) solutions for many years in China. Beyond the general industrial automation, the integration solutions from Macro-E will bind an external database (SQL) depending on customers' requirements. This give a way for MES and ERP systems accessing production data stored into the SQL, and the real-time production information can be shared to higher management level with very high efficiency. As a proprietary technology developed by Macro-E, the counter-currency extraction plant integrates the material feed, extraction, filtration, concentration, solvent recovery, drying, discharging and automatic control blocks in a suite. The plant has been applied into the production of stevia extracts for several years.
