The run-out of our spindle is less than 2um. Repeatability is less than +/-1um. Roundness and surface finish of machined parts is up to 0.2 to 0.4um. Tolerance error is within 3um. The main electric elements, thread plugs, thread rings and high grade bolts are all imported from foreign countries, which ensure trouble-free operation for a long time. Each guide ways have sufficient guiding length and handling space. Advanced auto lubrication unit guarantees high precision running permanently.Our max. spindle speed is up to 6000r/min. The max. spindle speed of Swiss-turn lathe is up to 12000r/min. The max. traverse speed is up to 20m/min.
