We also accept to provide private label services to our customers with their brand name and information (5) Prices: See products specifications and prices below (6) Minimum order quantity: 21MT (7) Port of Shipment: Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. (8) Inspection: By S.G.S. for quality and quantity service at Buyer&＃39;s cost, inspection of commodity will be at loading port. (9) We are open to reasonable payment terms with serious buyers only and buyers are expected to make deposit payment for the booking of their products order with our company; the deposit payment is usually determined by the volume/quantity of the product to be supplied while the balance could be made against shipping documents, on delivery or by LC.. (10) Documentation: As listed by ICC Incoterms 2000 (11) Validity of this request: 12 days after the date of this request (12) Time of Delivery to port of destination: This will be between 21 and 30 Days after receipt of initial deposit. Seller receives the signed draft contract and issues invoice in favor of buyer. ? Buyer makes commitment with deposit payment to establish his seriousness and genuineness over his product(s) order against invoice. ? Seller loads cargo and issues Bill of lading from the shipping Company ? Bill of lading and SGS Report are sent to buyer. ? Buyer completes the payment as agreed to seller after receipt of all
