    The original company of SGCS was founded in 1984. It was changed to Zhangjiagang Shenghui Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd (ZSHCM) in 2001, it formed a joint venture named Shenghui Gas Chemical Systems (Zhangjiagang) Co., Ltd (SGCS) with I.M. Skaugen ASA in April, 2006. At the moment, SGCS is divided into four divisions. The first division is for non-standard pressure vessel, the second division is the ship dock part, the third division is for spherical tank plates forming, and the fourth division is for cryogenic storage tank. The company with registered capital of 261,600,000.00 RMB, SGCS consists of 500 staffs, SGCS has the qualification of A1 /A2/A3/C2 fabrication license and A2/A3 design license, it was authorized to use “U” stamp and “ASME conferring certificate” by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).It took the lead in passing the attestation about ISO 9001 quality system by “ABS” quality system issued by USA in 1997. It took to possession BV and DNV / NK certificate as well as the first class suppliers net member certificate of China Petroleum / Natural Gas Group Corporation.Cryogenic Division locates in Southern workshop of Shenghui, occupies an area of 30,000 m2, workshop area is 8,000 m2,profession in fabrication and sales of cryogenic storage tank and tank trailers for LO2, LN2, LAr and LNG, as well as cryogenic bottles.
