The total output for every month can reach 30 sets, and the largest weight of mould can be 7 tons. To control the mould quality, we will strictly execute inspection process with QC instruments, such as CMM, projector, sclerometer, and so on. Through such perfect quality control process, we guarantee the quality and delivery time of the mould. The plastic injection department has advanced production facility like JSW, which can provide our customers fast and stable-quality product service.
