Current we just moved the factory to a new industrial zone ,the new factory is about 8000 squaremeters, there are 100 operators in the house including 1 receiption administor, 3 Engineers ,5 QC, 5 sales staffs,2 finacial administor.Shenzhen Bi-rich medical devices manufactory is focusing on air compressor and air compressor nebulizer R&D and manufactory, compressor nebulizer monthly capacity is 100kpcs. And we can manufacture the nebulizer from concept /3D drawing design / prototype sample / plastic tooling/ assembly / testing, the purifying assembly workshops are equipped with 2 assembly lines , one assembly line of manufacturing air compressor , another assembly line of assembling compressor nebulizer final product. Plastic mold and plastic injection workshops are equipped with advanced machines including 2 high speed CNC, 2 Precision wire cut machines, 4 precision EDM, 10 precision grinding machine ,17 plastic injection machines.Shenzhen Bi-rich medical devices manufactory can make the ODM or OEM product accordingly with customer requirements for air compressor nebulzier. IQC/ IPQC/ QA are available in the house . We can always supply the medical product with UL /CE/RoHs certification. FDA is undergoing application. Our goal is "Technology brings brand and quality forms respect". We had become an ISO13485:2003 certified company since July of 2011. All the nebulizereds are CE0120 classified .With a comprehensive quality control system and a determination to the realization of it, Bi-rich always creats high quality products. Now 100% of its products are exported to Europe, North America, south Amerian,Japan and South-east of Asia.
