Shenzhen Sunnyway Battery Tech. Co..,Ltd started to produce sealed valve-regulated lead-acid battery (SLA) in 1993.. Through 10 years hard work and service to our customers. We now have become one of the largest SLA battery manufacturer in China. We produce 2V&＃12289;4V&＃12289;6V &＃12289;8V , 10V&＃12289;12V &＃12289;24V&＃12289;36V series battery with over 250 models from 0.5Ah to 3850Ah,. The total production quantity is over 1 million pcs in one month. We apply the GEL technology and AGM technology to produce over 10 types batteries.The batteries have passed the UL , CE and VDS safety certification. 80% of the batteries are exported to over 35 countries such as: USA Europe, Brazil, Mexico, Hongkong, Taiwan ��etc, the main customers are Amerson, Tyco, APC, Delta, Europe, steren,China mobile,China telecom,China unicom ,China railway�.etc, We produce over 8 millions pcs varics kinds of batteries and the total export values is over 15 millions US dollars in2003 year and we have confident,make our 2004 year export values 50% more than that in 2003 year. We now have 1000 employee include 50 battery engineers. Our factory have 12 production lines with a total area 20,000 square meters and over 200 machines, the main machines are imported from Japan, Taiwan. The batteries are 100% tested on the production line for capacity. voltage and sealing. The main raw materials are also imported from Japan&＃12289;Taiwan.We have a strictly quality control system based on ISO9001. The 48 quality engineers control every process from raw materials input to battery output .we improve the quality everyday, so the battery quality is stable and can meet difference customers requires.Now,we have adopted the six Sigma quality control technology to reach the highest quality standard.
