Based on the principle of design and construction from a high standard since foundation ,according ISO9001 system as guideline, it continuously keep pace with the times by introducing talents. technology and equipments,we invest many new machineries year by year to up-graded our quality, capacity and efficiency, including 3D fast modelling machine,CNC carving machine,CNC milling machine, EDM machine,160T diecasting machine,plastic injection machine,electrostatic sprayer,automatic pipelining ^ our current annual output was increased to 200,000-350,000 pcs of 1:18 scale models or 600,000-800,000 pcs of 1:43 scale models.the automation not only steps up to production but also reduces labour intensity.As concerning on quality, based on ISO9001 quality management system , we wider push to practice the system and keep improvement continuously,every production process should be strictly monitored by the means of self check/mutual check /special check ,moreover with professional quality control methods of Seven Quality Controll Tools Quality Control Circle(OCC) Quality Review Meeting to ensuring there is no defective parts go into next process ,make the whole production process under controled.As concerning on service, Sunraise aim to perfect on everything,apart from offering quick communication channel, also set up Emergency Response Team for handling customer special case and workout the best solution ,our aftersales dept. providing the services including the shipment tracking,accept customer suggestion and feedback, survey for cutomer satisfaction to meet customer&＃39;s needs.
