Unlike a trading company, we have our own factory in Dongguan, covering an area of 23,000 square meters, with 500 plus employees, advanced production lines, tooling design engineers, and international quality control systems.We have complete production technology and process for making PU wheels, from chemical formula to mold design, casting, cutting, and printing. The best PU wheel experts have helped us develop excellent formula for low-elastic, middle-elastic and high-elastic wheels. The wheels are lab and field tested with professional equipment to meet customers&＃39; needs before shipping out. Our daily production capacity is over 100,000pcs of wheels in various sizes, colors, and specifications. We have produced PU wheels, OEM skateboards and other finished products for world&＃39;s name brands such as Decathlon Group and DOREL. From 130 tons to 320 tons, our injection molding machines can handle most plastic products. To keep high quality and efficiency, we have our own engineers and equipment (including CNC machines) to design and make high precision molds for your products.
