At Shri Ram Wood Products (SRWP), an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified company, where Magnus is produced, the style of manufacturing is an example of setting new techiniques in Indian panel manufacturing. At SRWP, most modern machineries like high tonnage hot presses, huge capacity dryers, large cooling tower, modern paper impregnation plant, thermic heaters, modernized glue kettles, automized loading-unloading systems, calibration and finishing techniques etc. are installed just to get the best of Magnus Film Face Ply.An in-house manufacturing of adhesive is there to maintain bonding quality of resign. The process is monitored every minute to keep consistency in the products. The Magnus laboratory is fully equipped as per norms laid down by burea of Indian Standards (BIS) with technically trained staff from IPIRTI, Banglore who are at the helm of affairs for testing each product and to do in-house R& R job.
