Co., Ltd. is a new foreign oriented hi-tech enterprise with high starting point established by Zigong Yuxin Tubes Factory and Sichuan Falate Stainless Steel Casting Co., Ltd ,which united a group of people with aspirations engaged in research and production of valves for a long time. Located in Weiyuan County of Sichuan Province, the company specializes in the manufacture of ball valve, safety valve, stop valve, gate valve, check valve and various special non-standard valves, in compliance with domestic and international advanced standards of ISO,API,ANSI,ASME,BS,DIN,NF,JIS,HG,GB and JB. Diameter of products ranges from 1/4”-40” (DN6-1000mm), pressure from CLASS150-CLASS2500（0.1MPa-42MPa）and working temperature from -196℃-680℃. Major materials for valves cover carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, super-low stainless steel, titanium, MONEL (nickel-copper alloy) and No.20 alloy, and so on. The company has a strong technical force, advanced production technology, a complete quality management system and has passed ISO9001:2000 by ABSQE and API 6D product quality certification by American Petroleum Institute. All these ensure effective control of the whole process from incoming raw materials, design and production of products to services. The company is equipped with a lot of high-performance machining, testing and painting equipment represented by numerically-controlled machining lathes, pressure-testing equipment for submersible valves and suspension conveyance painting lines. In terms of design, analysis, technique and manufacture of products, CAD, CAE and CAM technologies are employed.
