We have sophisticated machines and tools meeting the customers requirement in terms of quality and delivery.We are supplying various types of S.G.Iron casting to different customer s like M/s SUZLON, BEML MUSCO, LINDSAY etc. we are supplying Hub castings to M/s Pionner Wincon & M/s India wind Power Limited against their different purchase orders and getting repeat order from them.Further, we have started manufacturing equipments for steel plants, power etc. We are executing order of Bloom Caster for M/S SMS CONCAST, Wire and Rod Mill equipments for M/S MORGAN CONSTRUCTION, Slag Ladle/Ingot Mould Car for BSP and Fabricated/machined Pump Casing for BHEL. Today Simplex is rapidly growing in the Export Market and a commitment that places customer interest at the top. We export castings in as cast & finish machined condition to countries like U.S.A., Japan, France, Italy, Australia, Egypt etc. Presently, our export constitutes 30% of our annual turnover.Our Major Achievements1 First to export steel plant equipments to Russia. 2 First to enter into tech tie-up with Tyazhprom Export Russia for Turnkey Projects in India.3 First to commission slag granulation plant for Sail / Bhilai Steel Plant.4 Turnkey contract for 192 cu.
