    Sinoma Jinjing Fiberglass Co., Ltd.? hereinafter referred to as ?the company?), founded on January 2004 with registered capital RMB 200 million, is a joint venture(JV) enterprise jointly invested by China National Materials Group Corporation and Shandong Jinjing Technology Co .,Ltd with contributive capital of 51% and 49% equity respectively. The Board Chairman is Wang Baoguo. The business scope covers fiberglass, composite materials, other nonmetallic materials and researching, manufacturing, marketing, providing technical service for nonmetallic material products, and the relative equipment researching, manufacturing and marketing. The company owns utilization and developing rights of 670,000 square meters lands in the National New and Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in Zibo city, and 460,000 square meters among them have been developed. The company consists of two facilities (east and west), with more than 1,000 workers and RMB 500 million revenue. The company is one of the high- new technology enterprises certified by Shandong Science & Technology Administration. The east facility named PPG SINOMA JINJING FIBER GLASS CO., LTD, established in 2006, is a JV enterprise jointly invested by the company and PPG Industries with 50% capital contribution from each side, and it has 2 furnaces. USD 79.5 million has been invested initially and top fiberglass technology is adopted from PPG, and the capacity reaches 60,000 MT per year. The west facility of the company has two wet process fiberglass tissue lines with 130 million square meters capacity per year, and it also has eight high-pressure fiberglass pipe lines with the annual capacity of 8,000 T per year. The fiberglass tissue is divided into several types and mainly used for waterproofing, anti-corrosion, FRP products, fiberglass battery separator and etc.
