Within 4 working days, Seller issue 2% PB to the Buyer to activate L/C.9. Documentary letter of Credit payable 100% at Sight against shipping documents. DLC shall be at each shipment, thereafter and negotiated immediately against each shipments.10. Shipment commences as per agreed contract.
