St James Smokehouse is one of Scotland's last remaining independent, family owned smokehouses. We are located in the Royal Borough of Annan, Scotland and produce the finest quality Scottish Smoked Salmon and superior fresh Salmon Fillets in a EEC & US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) audited site. Our superior quality Scottish salmon is smoked in small batches over oak chips infused with Scotch Whisky.We can provide our products to you as a fresh never frozen product by air or alternatively as a product that is blast frozen after vacuum packing via frozen sea container.We pride ourselves on supplying our global customers an all natural, authentic product of Scotland that has never been frozen, however the blast freezing process only marginally reduces the textural quality and flavor of the fish.
