The following summarizes the services that we provide our energy customers throughout the United States. We are a consulting company that is independent from utility or pipeline affiliates. Our agency agreements with many energy companies that act as gas and power suppliers and balancing agents behind the utilities that we have customers behind. We can offer you options that very few companies under one umbrella. First: We can offer industrial companies business as usual with access to the natural gas funds and physical gas deliveries from companies that have enormous credit resources and take title to gas. Second: We can offer manufacturing companies consulting services whereby we can manage your gas and take positions in the future with NYMEX contracts, calls and put options, and timely advise with our 19 years of industry experience and doing business with 50 Fortune 500 companies. We can offer you access to purchase working interest in Oil & Gas drilling projects that I and my associates are involved in.During the past 20 years, we have built several large west coast retail books of business for companies and then something changes or they sell their business. Some of the companies our main partner had as customers in the past include the County of Los Angeles, Quaker Oats, Hormel Foods, Caesars Palace Entertainment, Amgen, Dart Container, MGM Grand, and hundreds of other companies. Steve has done business with many of these companies for ten years or more and there was an enormous trust factor involved.Our agency offers a wide range of services including the management of transportation and storage, NYMEX hedging, basis hedging, interstate pipeline and utility balancing, and many other services for your total energy management.
