To bring the high end of quilting technology to India the Sterling Group have entered into collaboration with Zhengbu Machinery Corporation, a leading business house in China. We have culminated beauty and technology in our machineries. Each of our machines is an engineering marvel. In keeping pace with the changing international trends, we have now introduced Thermal Bonded Waddings into the Indian market. Thermal Bonded Waddings are an eco friendly and much superior alternative to chemical Bonded Waddings, that bring together a unique combination of desirable properties. No chemical binder can ever match the fibre-to-fibre weld of Thermal Bonded Waddings. As forerunner in the nonwoven industry we at sterling have always tried to pre-empt the growing demands of this industry and endeavoured to keep pace with the international market. To ensure compliance with international standards we adhere to the most stringent quality control measures. We source our raw materials only from the best in the world for the best possible hollow polyester staple fibre. We also have an in-house unit for manufacturing of adhesives used control for binding of waddings.
