    Strathcona Animal Bedding was formed to serve our own needs for our growing herd of Peruvian Paso horses. We wanted a better quality of bedding that was cleaner, dryer, softer in texture, easier to clean and lasted longer. We want the bedding to be dust free, in bags that were tightly packed, vacuum sealed and could be stored safely outside without any worry about damage. And when we found the product we were looking for - we became the agents!Our product is manufactured in Alberta, Canada for the horse industry. 100% pine shavings, dust free, twice kiln dried, packed at 4:1 compression in white poly bags and stacked 54 bags per skid. Skids are triple wrapped for shipping.The horse market still thinks MORE product gives better absorbancy - WRONG. Our products is dryer, cleaner and without filler and made from 100% pine.
